An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) assesses the safety and condition of an existing electrical installation. CP Electrical & Renewables Services carries out EICRs and other electrical testing for homeowners, landlords and commercial operators across the North West.

EICRs are a legal requirement for landlords in England - private rental properties must have a valid EICR, with inspections carried out at least every five years or at the start of each new tenancy. We provide EICR reports that are compliant with the current BS7671 regulations and the 18th edition wiring regulations.
